Ms. Cindy Miranda – 25 year veteran police officer of the Montgomery County Police Department and a Financial Crimes Detective for the past 10 years. Detective Miranda is also the Mid-Atlantic Chapter Secretary for the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators
