Branch Operations Manager Responsible for directing and managing all branch operations, including sales and service of all credit union products and services. Responsible for personnel administration of Branch Operations. Responsible for ensuring that quality services are provided to members in compliance with state and federal regulations and the credit union’s policies and procedures. Establishes goals and objectives for branches in accordance with the NIHFCU Strategic Plan.
Electronic Service Delivery Manager (E-Branch) The Electronic Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, enhancement, and support of the CU’s Internet Banking products, electronic service delivery, and website presence (E-Branch), including sales and service of relevant credit union products and services. Oversees the daily operations of all electronic service and Internet Banking functions; takes ownership and ensures timely response and resolution of Member issues; maintains knowledge of internal resources to mitigate disruption of services to Members. Development and/or implementation of new internet banking products and services; reviews existing internet banking offerings for enhancements as a result of business goals, competitive pressures, and revenue opportunities. Communicates recurring or serious issues to Senior Management; recommends temporary work around and viable solutions to improve member service and response. Responsible for ensuring that quality services are provided to members in compliance with state and federal regulations and the credit union’s policies and procedures.
Organizational Development Specialist Responsible for organizing, planning and managing training and Associate development. Ensures that all training activities align with strategic goals. Tracks and prepares regular reports on the learning activities and achievement of Associates. Tracks and reports on budget resources for training. Performs analysis and recommends suitable performance interventions to improve Associates’ effectiveness when training requests are received. Develops learning plans for all Associates to ensure they meet required competencies for success. Deals with matters that may be confidential in nature.
Business Development Officer Responsible for driving organizational growth through the development, implementation and ongoing management of the membership/business development plan for the Credit Union. This includes the development and stewardship of business relationships with potential and new SEGs, generating additional membership and product usage through relations with current sponsors, and education members and potential members in understanding and using credit union products and services.
