Effective July 14, NIHFCU will be making some changes in operational hours as part of our ongoing effort to best align resources with the evolving needs of our membership. These changes will result in an overall increase in total hours including enhanced evening and weekend convenience.

Telephone Service Center

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 2:00pm

Extended weekday evening hours, as well as, Saturday hours are NEW

The George Washington University Branch

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am-1:00pm

Extended Friday evening hours, as well as, Saturday hours are NEW.

NIH Building 31 Branch

• Monday – Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
• Saturday: closed

Saturday hours and extended Friday hours at the Clincal Center and Rockville Metro Plaza branches will be maintained.

We recognize the changes in Building 31 hours may result in some members needing to adjust their NIHFCU banking habits. However, the extended hours/options noted above along with access to over 3,300 Shared Branch locations and 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs, provide a new level of convenience not previously offered at NIHFCU.
