Before completing your mortgage loan application, please review the additional disclosures and documents listed below, which you may need to complete and return with your mortgage loan application.
To apply for a mortgage loan, please print out the application form, complete it and return it to us:
- By fax at (301) 816-9237, Attn: Mortgage Services
- In person at any NIHFCU branch
- By mail to: NIHFCU, Attn: Mortgage Department Loan Origination, PO Box 6475, Rockville, MD 20849-6475
Please sign your application before faxing it to us. Your application cannot be processed without your signature.
