Conforming loans are amounts less than or equal to $417,000, Jumbo Conforming loans are amounts greater than $417,000 but less than or equal to $729,750 depending on location. Jumbo loans are loans greater than $417,000 depending on location. To determine if a loan is a Conforming Jumbo loan or a Jumbo loan, click here and enter the subject property location. This will determine the maximum loan amount for a jumbo conforming loan. Rates quoted are base rates. Rates quoted are for purchases and no cash out refinances with a credit score equal to or greater 720 and an LTV 70% or less.
