1 DISCOUNTED RATE: A rate reduction of 0.25% will be given for any payment made by payroll deduction or automatic payment. If payroll deduction or automatic payment is discontinued, the APR will increase to the current rate and any increase in the rate will result in more payments of the same amount until what you owe has been repaid.

Your Annual Percentage Rate may vary depending on your creditworthiness. Please ask a loan officer for details regarding how your rate is determined.

MINIMUM PAYMENT: The amount and due date of your payment will be established at the time of each advance. For CheckMate/Line of Credit your payment will be $2.75 per $100 of your account balance after the most recent advance. Your minimum monthly payment will never be less than $30.00.

Share Secured: The APR for share secured advances will be the dividend rate being paid on regular shares (index) on the date of the advance plus the percentage rate shown in the ”% Above Index” column above. If there is an existing balance on the date of the new advance, the existing balance will be added to the new advance and the entire balance will be at the new APR. The rates are subject to change on the first day of each month to reflect any change in the index. Any increase in the APR will take the form of higher payments until what you owe has been repaid.

Certificate Secured: The APR will be dividend rate being paid on the certificate offered as security (index) plus the percentage shown in the ”% Above Index” column above. The APR will be disclosed on the Disbursement Receipt at the time of the advance.

LATE CHARGES: If you are more than 10 days late in making your payment, you will be assessed a late payment of 5% of the past due amount or $20.00, whichever is greater.

COLLECTION COSTS: You understand that in the event of default, you will pay all reasonable costs and expenses of collection of any indebtedness you owe to the Credit Union, plus the costs and expenses of the repossession and sale of any collateral. These costs and expenses which you agree to pay to the Credit Union include, but are not necessarily limited to: all court costs; litigation expenses; collection agency fee and reasonable attorney’s fees of the unpaid total amount you owe to the Credit Union.

Variable rate loans available for RVs and Boats.
