Ms. Cindy Miranda – 27 year veteran police officer of the Montgomery County Police Department and a Financial Crimes Detective for the past 13 years. Detective Miranda is also the Mid-Atlantic Chapter Secretary for the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators. She is also a certified fraud examiner.
Mr. Dennis Chapman – NIHFCU’s Manager of Risk Management and 13-year financial institution professional.
