  • Cellular Telephone Protection 2 – Receive up to $600 of replacement or repair costs if your cell phone is stolen or damaged, in the U.S. and abroad. $50 deductible applies. Up to two claims and maximum of $1,000 per eligible account, per twelve-month period. Covers up to four phones on a cellular telephone bill. (Cellular telephone bill must be paid using this account.)   • Roadside Assistance Service 2 – 24-hour coverage for roadside assistance services including vehicle towing, fuel/oil/fluid/water delivery, and battery/lock-out/tire assistance up to $100 per occurrence. Maximum of two occurrences per twelve month period.
  • RideShare Protection 2 – Up to $100,000 of accidental death and dismemberment coverage and $10,000 of accident medical expense benefit if injured while traveling in a vehicle operated by a transportation network company, as defined in the insurance certificate. Coverage also includes up to $250 personal property benefits for replacement of property stolen, damaged, or destroyed due to an accident while traveling in a vehicle operated by a transportation network company. 3. You will then receive a dashboard to access any one, or all, of the above benefits

2. On the bottom navigation bar, select “More”
3. Then, choose “Manage Accounts” and then “CompleteCare Benefits”

Will my account number and other account arrangements be changing?
  • No, your account numbers, debit cards, direct deposit/withdrawal arrangements, or mobile & online access will not change.
Is there a monthly fee for this account?
  • This is your choice. The nominal fee for CompleteCare Checking with all its values and perks is $6.95/month (or the equivalent of less than just 23 cents per day)However, if you maintain an average daily balance of at least $20,000/month in this account, this nominal monthly fee will be waived.

Is there a trial period to check out this account before the fee is assessed?
  • Yes, for those current checking account members who have been notified of this move, you can test out the CompleteCare Checking perks through September 30, 2025. After this date, the monthly fee, if you do not qualify for the above waiver.
