No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is NIH Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection and processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions or comments related to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Description: The Nurses Rock Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on April 29, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to nurses or similar healthcare professionals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years of age (“Entrant”). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, committee members, employees, and agents/agency employees, as well as their family members, are ineligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter: To win the prize, you are not required to purchase goods or services, pay any money, or submit to a sales promotion effort. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period in one of the following ways:

Mail-in Entries must be postmarked between April 29–May 31, 2026 and received by NIHFCU no later than June 5, 2026.

One entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of NIHFCU and will not be returned.

Entries submitted by mail have an equal chance of winning the prize, which will depend on the number of entries received.

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All online Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. U.S. Mail Entries must be postmarked between 4/29/26-5/31/26 and be received by NIHFCU before June 5, 2026. All Entrants must provide name, age, phone number, zip code and e-mail address in order to be eligible. One entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries become the property of NIHFCU and will not be returned.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail on Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Sweepstakes materials or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive Entries by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to Entrants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from the download of any materials related to this Sweepstakes. If for any reason any internet portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes , the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes.

Consent to Publicity and Release: By entering the Sweepstakes, you (a) consent to the release of your name on the Winners List in the event that you win the prize without further compensation, unless such use is prohibited by applicable law; and (b) agree that NIHFCU can use and reproduce your name, photograph, and/or likeness in any marketing channel in NIHFCU’s discretion. You agree to release and hold harmless NIHFCU, its employees, officers, directors, committee members, agents, representatives and affiliates from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from any publication of the Winners List or any use of your photo or likeness in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a $500 Ticketmaster eGift Card or Gift Card (value: $500), emailed or shipped to the address provided in the Prize Claim Documents. Only one Prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items.

All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Winner. To the extent required, appropriate reports will be filed with all taxing authorities. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winner Selection: Winner(s) do not need to be present to win and will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information within five business days of the random drawing. Winner(s) must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 15 days from the date of the initial notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable will result in prize forfeiture. Winner(s) may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (“the Prize Claim Documents”). Winner will be required to furnish proof of their nurse or other healthcare employment (i.e., medical license, work ID, etc.). Failure to provide acceptable ID within 15 days will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternative winner will be selected.

A list of winners can be obtained by submitting a written request through US Mail to Sponsor. All requests must include a #10 stamped and self-addressed envelope and must be received no later than two months after the Promotion Period has ended. Mail request to:

Additional Official Rules: By participating, entrants agree to: a) these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and NIHFCU, which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless NIHFCU, its advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, committee members, shareholders, agents, employees, representatives and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the drawing and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize. NIHFCU reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. NIHFCU reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry or entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the drawing and at its sole discretion award prizes from among all eligible entries validly received prior to the action taken. NIHFCU reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes. NIHFCU reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant, including the winner, who does not comply with these Official Rules. NIHFCU also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant, including the winner, who does or attempts to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, circumvent the Official Rules of these Official Rules or otherwise tamper with the Sweepstakes in any manner. If any of the above occurs, NIHFCU reserves the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from an entrant, including seeking an award of attorneys’ fees and costs, as permitted by law. Questions concerning any aspect of this Sweepstakes will be resolved by the Board of Directors of NIHFCU, and any such resolution will be final.

Privacy Notice: The Sponsor collects personal data when you enter this Sweepstakes. Entering online, or by US Mail constitutes your permission for the Sponsor to maintain this data. Personal data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Sweepstakes, to ensure contact with potential Winners and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy statement located at https://www.nihfcu.org/privacy-accessibility-disclosures. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the Sponsor’s agents and representatives for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration, prize fulfillment, including for use in a publicly available Winners list.
