Your email address or U.S. mobile phone number may already be enrolled with Zelle at another bank or credit union. Call our member support team and ask them to move your email address or U.S. mobile phone number to NIH Federal Credit Union so you can use it for Zelle.

Once member support moves your email address or U.S. mobile phone number, it will be connected to your NIH Federal Credit Union account so you can start sending and receiving money with Zelle through the NIH Federal Credit Union mobile banking app. Please call NIH Federal Credit Union member support at 1-800-877-6440 for help.
