Our new online banking system will be completely reshaped to create a beautiful, engaging, and intuitive user interface. We started by examining some of the best user experiences in the world and molded our system after them. This has produced an experience that will be unlike anything else in online banking, and way beyond your current experience with us.

Whether you access online banking from your phone, tablet, laptop or your desktop computer, we have created a consistent experience across devices. This experience will allow you to move faster within the system regardless of which platform you use to access your accounts.
Element 2 – Enhanced Customization
NIH Federal Credit Union’s new online banking system was designed just for you. That’s not just marketing copy, we really mean it. With a wide variety of customization options, each user can tailor their own experience. The new online banking system will allow you to configure a variety of system widgets, re-arrange features based on your priorities and preferences, and so much more. The new system gives you so much more control of your online banking experience that you may never want to log off!

What’s a new online banking system, if it doesn’t include great new features? That’s why we developed an exciting suite of enhancements designed to improve your experience. These features include:
Debit/Credit Card Management From Inside Online Banking
With this new system, you will be able to manage your NIHFCU cards with easy taps and clicks directly within online banking. This includes the ability to lock your cards, notify us that you will be traveling with your card and directly report lost or stolen cards, and more.
Enhanced System Alerts and Notifications
The new online banking system offers a much larger selection of alerts and notifications that you can customize to your preference! With this feature, you can be quickly notified of the account information most important to you, delivered when you want it and across all of your devices.
New and Improved Personal Financial Manager
Not only will you soon be able to categorize all of your NIHFCU transactions for enhanced budget and expense management, the new system will allow you to access all of your accounts including those from other financial institutions, all through our new interface. Utilize these tools to set goals, create budgets and access beautiful account and spending data visualizations right inside of online banking.
Additional Online Banking Enhancements
In addition to the new Elements of Online Banking that are being created for your new NIHFCU online banking system, there are even more enhancements you’ll soon enjoy. Each on their own would be great but, together, they combine to create an incredible and more robust experience than ever before. This includes:
- Quick Transfer – an easier and faster way to move money between your NIHFCU accounts and loans
- Multi-pay – pay numerous bills at one time with just a couple of clicks
- Access to the NIHFCU mobile app on your Apple Watch
- Enhanced security features, including a multi-factor authorization option
And Announcing… NIHFCU’s New Online Banking System will Include Zelle – Rollout planned for 2020.
That’s right, you’ve likely heard the rage about Zelle and now it’s coming to NIH Federal Credit Union’s new online banking system. Zelle will allow all our online banking members to send money securely and even faster than currently available to friends, family, service provider or anyone else!
