Connect directly to online banking or export your account information
Our new online banking system allows you to download account information into accounting software such as Quicken or QuickBooks. Once connected, your banking transactions will be automatically updated so you see all your account activity inside your accounting software.
Take a look at the support documents below to get started and don’t forget to back up your current data and update your software to the latest version before you get started.
If you currently use Direct Connect or export files in online banking for Quicken or QuickBooks, we can provide you with step by step instructions for setting up your program for our new system. You may need to modify your Quicken settings or download files in a certain time frame. Please reference the following documents which pertain to a variety of possible options: whether you use Quicken or QuickBooks, and whether you use Mac or Windows. We also have some phone numbers for General Support if you have issues during your transition for the new system.
