NIHFCU is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never initiate a request for personal information (i.e. account or loan numbers, passwords, social security or tax ID information) via email, text or social post, or by falsely requiring you to call a phone number different than our main lines. If you receive such requests, do not respond, delete them immediately and notify us. We also strongly suggest that you do not share your Member ID, Password, or PIN with anyone ever.

All emails the NIHFCU sends you with sensitive information such as your social security, driver’s license and account numbers will be delivered securely using enhanced encryption.
We highly recommend use this same encryption to send us e-mail communication as well as supporting documentation for your account or loan applications through our Secure Message Center. Choose from a list of NIHFCU departments to help expedite the delivery and response to your messages.
Our Encrypted Email User Awareness Program can give you additional information if you still have questions.
