Look for the green and white sticker on our ATMs to know that we are doing all we can to ensure a safe banking experience.
NIHFCU ATMs remain available at their normal operating hours.
The Live Video Teller option at select ATMs is also available from 9am-4pm (M-Th), 9am-6pm (Fri) and 9am-1pm (Sat)
Shared Branch and Surcharge-Free Cash Dispenser locations
NIHFCU members can use over 30,000 Co-op surcharge-free ATMs nationwide for cash withdrawals. Over 5,000 Shared branch locations are also available for teller-assisted transactions. Click here to search locations. We recommend calling ahead to confirm hours and access.
The NIHFCU places highest priority on monitoring information from Centers for Disease Control in order to respond appropriately to this situation. Among the steps we have taken thus far are:
Regular sanitizing of all branch surfaces, as well as our ATMs located in and in close proximity to our branch locations
Branch staff wearing protective gloves when handling cash and/or applying sanitizer after each member transaction
Making additional sanitizing material available at our locations for those who desire additional precautions
Ongoing testing of all critical systems to ensure full remote functionality in case of any imposed partial or full quarantine
Deposit Insurance
At the NIHFCU, your savings are federally insured to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government.

1 A deferral of up to 90 days for your first payment may be available on certain vehicle loans, as determined by the credit union. Deferring a payment will delay the payoff of your loan, and result in additional finance charges if you only make minimum payments. You need to make up the deferred payments. If the credit union agrees to a deferral, additional restrictions may apply.
